This Vegvisir Rusty Metal Viking wall clock is made of several layers of wood, woodstained and painted high quality acrylic paint. The front elements of the clock are decorated with detailed and intricate engraving. Stainless steel elements and red coated screws are used in the construction of this clock model. 

While making the design of a new clock we were inspired by a Vegvísir (Icelandic 'sign post') is an Icelandic magical stave intended to help the bearer find their way through rough weather. It is said that "if this sign is carried, one will never lose one's way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known".

Upon request the clock can be personalized with a text engraving, which will neatly supplement the look of the clock face.
